Abstract:
Disclosed are a clamping instrument (1) and a clamping assembly (2). The clamping instrument mainly comprises a positioning base (11), a movable base (12), at least two clamping arms (13) connected to the movable base (12), at least two linkage arms (14) respectively connected to the clamping arms (13) and the positioning base (11), and actuating rods (15) respectively arranged in the positioning base (11) and the movable base (12) in a penetrating manner. The positioning base (11) circumferentially rotates and is axially fixed relative to the actuating rods (15), and at the same time, the movable base (12) circumferentially rotates and axially moves relative to the actuating rods (15). When the actuating rods (15) circumferentially rotate, the distance between the movable base (12) and the positioning base (11) can be changed, such that the clamping arms (13) move with same in a linkage manner in order to rotate relative to the movable base (12) and be located at a deployed position or a clamping position so as to clamp a preset part (51) of a human tissue (5). Accordingly, the clamping instrument (1) can finely adjust the magnitude of rotation of the clamping arms (13) to provide a clamping force with a high accuracy.
