Abstract:
A clamping track device clamped on a precast pile and a use method of the clamping track device. The clamping track device comprises an annular mechanical track (1), a tensioning ring frame (2) at the top, a synchronous ring frame (4) at the bottom, and a clamping positioning device (3). The mechanical track (1) is connected to an annular retainer at the top of a clamping positioning ring. An operation track is provided for various mechanical operations. The clamping positioning device (3) has large holding force, the stable fixation of the structure of the clamping positioning device and a construction machine to the precast pile is ensured, and stability is kept in the movement process of the construction machine. Mounting is rapid and convenient, the annular mechanical track (1) can be rapidly clamped on the precast pile (5) made of a concrete material, an operation track surface is provided for various construction machines such as a welding machine, and the problem that at present, mechanical operation of the precast pile is difficult on site is solved.
