Abstract:
According to the present invention, a second main electrode of a first transistor (M1) and a first main electrode of a sixth transistor (M6) are connected to each other; a second main electrode of the sixth transistor (M6) and a first main electrode of a fifth transistor (M5) are connected to each other at a first node (ND1); a second main electrode of the fifth transistor (M5) and a second main electrode of a second transistor (M2) are connected to each other; a control electrode of the fifth transistor (M5) and the second main electrode of the fifth transistor (M5) are connected to each other; a second main electrode of a third transistor (M3) and a first main electrode of a fourth transistor (M4) are connected to each other at a second node (ND2); and a control electrode of the fourth transistor (M4) and the control electrode of the fifth transistor (M5) are connected to each other. A gain control amplifier (A201) controls the voltage to be supplied to a control electrode of the sixth transistor (M6) so that the voltage of the first node (ND1) and the voltage of the second node (ND2) are equal to each other.
