Abstract:
Disclosed are a class of compounds for increasing the sensitivity of PCa drug-resistant cells to an antagonist and the use thereof. The structural formula of the compounds is formula I. After enzalutamide and such compounds are co-cultured, cell viability is significantly affected, indicating that these compounds increase the sensitivity of prostate cancer drug-resistant cells to enzalutamide. Therefore, such compounds can be applied to the preparation of a drug for increasing the sensitivity of the prostate cancer drug-resistant cells to an androgen receptor antagonist such as enzalutamide.
