Abstract:
The present invention provides a class of halogen-containing synthetic base oils, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. The synthetic base oil is characterized by the introduction of a halogen group to form a base oil containing a halogen, especially fluorine, in which the dipole motion of the halogen group results in dipole-dipole and dipole induced halogen-based oil molecules, particularly the dipolar interaction of the fluorinated base oil with other ingredients, which is stronger and more localized than the dispersion force between pure hydrocarbon synthetic oil molecules, thereby improving the application performance of the base oil, including solving the problem of water and oil solubility of pure hydrocarbon synthesis oils in the industry, and enhancing oxidation resistance and enhancing thermal stability.
