Abstract:
A classification unit component computing method for sequencing data. The method measures the situation of misalignment of classification units in a sequence alignment result on the basis of indexes of the "frequencies of secondary classification units of sequencing read sequences" and a computing framework thereof, and can effectively remove a false positive result in the classification unit component computation, thereby improving the specificity and accuracy of the component computation. The method also implements regression of the misaligned sequences to a real component result by means of a strategy of recounting after the abnormal classification units are removed, thus effectively correcting the quantitative result of the abundance of the classification units.
