Abstract:
A classifying apparatus (10) capable of classifying treated water including sand and gravel and suitably flowing wash load to a downstream side, characterized by comprising a treatment tank (12) having an inflow part (14) into which the treated water flows, a precipitation part (16) positioned on the downstream side of the inflow part (14), a movable weir (18) disposed on the downstream side of the precipitation part (16) movably in a flow direction, and a drive part (20) successively moving the movable weir (18) to the downstream side so that a specified distance can be assured between the weir (18) and the tip part of the successively accumulated sand and gravel, whereby since the treated water in which the sand and gravel and wash load are mixed flows into the treatment tank (12) and the sand and gravel are precipitated by gravity, the sand and gravel can be separated from the wash load and the wash load is allowed to flow to the downstream side.
