Abstract:
Disclosed are a clean fracturing fluid system for coal seam water injection and an application method thereof, comprising: a fracturing fluid base solution, a stabilizer and a gel breaker. The fracturing fluid base solution is a worm-shaped micelle formed by mixing cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and sodium salicylate in a mass percentage ratio of 2:1; the stabilizer is potassium chloride; the gel breaker is a mixture of water and lubricating oil; and the main component of the lubricating oil is a mixture of hydrocarbons. A use method of the fracturing fluid system comprises the steps of preparing fracturing fluid, performing fracturing construction on the prepared fracturing fluid, and performing a gel breaking operation after completing the construction. In terms of viscosity, cleanliness, wettability and the like, the fracturing performance, clean gel breaking property, and wettability of the fracturing fluid are fully considered during coal seam water injection, thereby forming a fracturing fluid system suitable for the field of coal seam water injection. Appropriate components and ratios thereof are selected such that the fracturing fluid can directly wet the coal seam after fracturing the coal seam to achieve the moisturizing effect on the coal seam, and the fracturing fluid system is really applicable to the field of coal seam water injection.
