Abstract:
To provide a clean room air conditioning system and a discharge unit used in the same, with which it is possible to accurately control the pressure inside a clean room using a simple configuration, and with which energy requirements are moderate, equipment costs are low, and installation is easy. A clean room air conditioning system 100 is provided with an air supply duct 10 for guiding in air from outside a building 4 into clean rooms 1 and 2 positioned in the building 4, an air conditioning unit 11 for circulating flow in the air supply duct 10 and supplying outside air into the clean rooms 1 and 2, and a ceiling discharge unit 40 for discharging discharge air from the clean rooms 1 and 2 to a ceiling attic 3.
