Abstract:
A clean room unit having a working room and a clean bench unit, independently installable in a building, generating air shower in the working room, and reduced in size and cost. The clean room unit (1) comprises the working room (2), the clean bench unit (3) having a working opening (22) formed to face the working room (2), an air conditioner system (4) capable of purifying and pressure-regulating the air in the working room (2) and the clean bench unit (3) and generating the air shower in the working room (2), and a control unit (5). The air conditioner system (4) is controlled by the control unit (5) to selectively switch between an air shower mode and a ventilation mode and between a positive pressure working mode and a negative pressure working mode.
