Abstract:
A clean room includes a wall (1) enclosing the clean room, a door (6) and a pipeline equipped on the wall (1). The wall (1) includes at least a continuous metallic shielding shell. The door (6) includes at least a continuous third shield (21). The entire boundary of the third shield (21) contacts conductively with the shielding shell when the door (6) is closed. A cut-off waveguide window (35) is provided in the pipeline for completely covering the pipeline section of the pipeline. The entire boundary of the cut-off waveguide window (35) contacts conductively with the shielding shell. The clean room not only has a function of cleaning but also can be used as an electromagnetic shielding room. The important parts such as the door (6), the window (8) and the air-supplying outlet (7) etc. equipped in the wall (1) of the clean room can be modularized, thus not only reducing the difficulty and cost of construction and installation, but also being convenient for realizing standardized mass production.
