Abstract:
A cleaner attachment attached to a suction device and used to clean the outer peripheral
surface of a shaft in order that dust does not adhere to light sensitive film rolls
during the production process of the rolls. The cleaner attachment has a brush
having bristles arranged such that their tips form a circular shape corresponding
to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft to be cleaned, a first tube body having
an inner peripheral surface with a greater diameter than the shaft and having
through-holes penetrating its peripheral surface, a second tube body having
an inner diameter greater than the outer diameter of the first tube body and having
a through-hole penetrating its peripheral surface, a tube fixed at one end to
the through-hole of the second tube body, a space forming member fixed to end surfaces
of the first and second tube bodies and holding a space between the outer peripheral
surface of the first tube body and the inner peripheral surface of the second tube
body, and a brush fixation member for fixing the brush with their tips projecting
inward from the inner peripheral surface of the first tube body.
