A cleaning apparatus, and cleaning system for a photovoltaic assembly. The cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaning machine (1), a movable dock (2), a guide rail (3), and a control system. The movable dock (2) is used to carry the cleaning machine (1), and moves along the guide rail (3) under control of the control system. The cleaning machine (1) is movable on the movable dock (2) under control of the control system. The cleaning system for a photovoltaic assembly comprises a photovoltaic array panel (500). The photovoltaic array panel (500) is a m*n matrix, and m and n are both positive integers. The guide rail (3) is located on one side of the photovoltaic array panel (500). The movable dock (2) is located above the guide rail (3). The cleaning machine (1) is mounted on a carrier frame (200) of the movable dock (2). The cleaning machine reciprocatingly moves on the photovoltaic array panel (500) by means of a traveling mechanism. The present invention has a simple and compact structure, high level of automation, superior cleaning efficiency, and stable operation, and solves the problems of high time and labor costs and low efficiency of manual cleaning.
