A cleaning area estimation apparatus (30) comprising: an estimation unit (33) that estimates, on the basis of image information (D1) obtained by an imaging apparatus (10) imaging a cleaning area, dirt information (D2) inside the cleaning area; and a generation unit (34) that generates map information (D3) showing a map of the dirt information in the cleaning area on the basis of the dirt information (D2) of estimated time series.
