Abstract:
A cleaning brush structure for an outer surface of a drum of a drum washing machine of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a cabinet having an opening for loading laundry formed in the front thereof; a cylindrical drum rotatably installed inside the cabinet and having an opening formed in the front thereof; a cylindrical tub fixed to the inside of the cabinet to surround the outside of the drum and having an opening formed on the front surface; and a cleaning brush installed on one side between the tub and the drum, and cleaning contaminants using cleaning water on the outer surface of the drum, when the drum is rotated, in a state in which the cleaning brush is in contact with the outer surface of the drum. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the laundry from being contaminated by mold or bacteria generated on the outer surface of the drum (130).
