Abstract:
Disclosed are a cleaning device for a bucket elevator, a bucket elevator and a cleaning method therefor. The cleaning device for a bucket elevator is provided with a bracket, a rotator, at least three cleaning pipes (12) and a fluid transfer pipeline (15), wherein the rotator is rotatably mounted on the bracket, one end of each cleaning pipe (12) is attached to the rotator, the fluid transfer pipeline (15) is in fluid communication with each cleaning pipe (12), and the cleaning device is configured as: when a hopper (20) of the bucket elevator travels and approaches the cleaning device, the other end of one of the cleaning pipes (12) is located at the opening side of the hopper (20), and the cleaning pipe (12) makes an angle with the travelling direction of the hopper (20); and with the travelling of the hopper (20), the cleaning pipe (12) is subjected to the force applied by the hopper (20) and then drives the rotator to rotate together until the cleaning pipe (12) leaves the opening side of the hopper (20), and with the rotation of the rotator, the other cleaning pipe (12) rotates to enable the other cleaning pipe (12) to locate at the opening side of the other hopper (20). The cleaning device rotatably cleans hoppers using fluid, which will not affect the normal transmission of a bucket elevator.
