The cleaning device (100) comprises a main cleaning belt member (10) and a guide and feed member (20); the main cleaning belt member (10) comprises a first annular cleaning belt (11); the guide and feed member (20) is arranged in front of the main cleaning belt member (10) in a moving direction of the cleaning device (100); at least one surface of the guide and feed member (20) is close to the first annular cleaning belt (11), so as to guide and feed garbage on a surface to be cleaned into a collection container (30) of the cleaning device (100).
