Description:
“Cleaning device of the paint residues in the painting machines of the electronic boards".

Field of technology.

The invented device, applied on the painting machines of the electronic boards of new production or as an accessory onto the already in work machines, permits to remove in continuous and automatic way the paint that, during the painting phases of the electronic boards, settles onto the lateral walls acting to protect the mechanical parts which move the electronic boards wherein the necessary painting work is being implementing. This permits to have cleaning the lateral walls having not to replace said lateral walls in very short times having to stop the painting work.

State of the prior art.

Currently the shielding walls present into the painting machines of the electronic boards, consisting in simply vertical walls in polypropylene, must be cleaned in manual way such as in about a working hour they are so dirty to necessity also their changing to avoid that the painting accumulation onto the same pours and falls onto the boards freshly painted making them unusable. This requires the intervention of an operator who, to can act, must stop the painting step so generating increase of the working times and also in the costs of the same. Further it is known the device described in the document DE 10823167 that provides a delimited and closed part inside which the paint is sprayed and consequently no cleaning device is provided. It is then known the device described in the document US2004/163588 that provides the spraying of materials to create a coating on parts. Finally is known the document US2002/034075 in which a device is described to be used in the lighting field.

Summary of the invention.

The invented device, to be applied on the painting machines of the electronic boards of new production or as an accessory onto the already in work machines, consists of a metallic boxing frame having an inside seat wherein is housed in under position a new paper roll mounted onto an idle roller and in upper position, separated by a V-shaped body, the roll collecting the paper dirty of paint mounted onto a motorized roller. Said V-shaped body shields the clean paper roll and further presses onto the paper turned from the roll so to keep constant the pressure of the paper in unrolling and to permit the control, by a photocell, of when the new paper roll is ended. When the new paper roll ended this is stated to the PLC so to proceed at the changing of the same. The invented device is connected to a PLC of the machine that states, by the indications of the operator, every how many steps of spraying rewind the paper and how much rewind. When the roll is ended the motorized roller is unlocked and is removed to eliminate the paper dirty of paint, then a new roll is inserted and, placed again in position the motorized roller, the painting machine is started again.

Brief description of the drawings.

Figure 1 is exploded view of the invented device to point out the different parts that, mounted, permit the working of the same. Figure 2 is lateral view to point out the paper roll and the roller for collecting the paper dirty of paint. Figure 3 is perspective view form a side to point out the fixed motorized roller. Figure 4 is view of the boxing frame from the side opposite to the mounted parts. Figure 5 is section view of the device with the motorized roller not mounted. Figure 6 is section view with the motorized roller inserted and blocked in position. Figure 7 is cutaway view of part of the painting machine into which the invented device is applied.

Detailed description.

The invented device, to be mounted into the painting machines of new production and also as an accessory, for those already in production, consists of a metallic boxing frame 1 having an inside seat 1 A delimited by back 1 B front 1C and side 1 D and 1 E walls. In the seat 1A is housed a new paper roll 2 then the ending part 2A of the paper is rolled out making it passes before onto the idler rubber 9 then onto the fixed roller 12 and finally onto the outside part of the support part 3 (see figure 2), Upper to the new paper roll 2, always inside the seat 1 A, is housed the support body 3 with V-shaped walls 3A and 3B those form an angle less than 90°, with this support body 3 supports with their attachment means 3C at the upper border of the back wall 1 B of the boxing frame 1. Mounted the support body 3, the ending part 2A of the new paper roll is foldable to V and insertable in eyelet 4C of the tubular winding 4. The way of the tubular winding 4 must be such that the driving grooves 4B are returned to the fixed motor cone 5 placed laterally of the wall 1 E of the boxing frame 1.In sequence the same tubular winding 4 is was inserted before in the fixed motor cone 5, making coincide the driving grooves 4B with the driving pins, and then into the mobile cone 6 placed laterally of the wall 1 D and in backward position. At this point the operator acts onto the knob 7 till that the shutter 8 snaps down blocking the tubular winding 4 and kept it in blocking position. Ending these mounting steps, the invented device is ready to work and to act the cleaning of the painting residuals. During the winding, the paper, that passes pressed to the support body 3 against the idle rubber roller 9, determines the rotation of the same idle rubber roller 9 and of the perforated disk 11 blocked onto it. The photocell 10 detects the rotation of the perforated disk 11 and reports to the PLC the correct winding of the paper during the working of the device. Ended the paper in the new paper roll 2 the stop of the idle rubber roller 9 is determined and the PLC reports the situation to the operator. The operator to restore the device with the loading of a new paper roll 2, acting onto the shutter 8, pulling it upwards and dragging backwards the knob 7, determines the unblocking of the tubular winding 4 acts then to eliminate the paper dirty of pain rolled to it. Then opened the device and inserted a new paper roll 2 the above described steps are arranged again so to make the device ready to work again The invented device is possible of a lot of modifications and variations all parts of the invented object. All the details can be changed with other technically equivalent without get out from the protection field stated in the claims.
