Abstract:
A cleaning device for a reflective film cutting machine, comprising a worktable (1); a conveyor belt (2) is provided between two sets of support tables of the worktable, and a protective cover (3) and a dust removal box (4) are provided at a top portion of the worktable; a left side wall of the protective cover is opened with a movable port (5), and a left side wall of the worktable is opened with sliding grooves (6); a dust cleaning brush (7) is connected to sides of two sets of sliding grooves that are close to one another, sliding shafts (8) being fixedly connected at front and rear side walls of the cleaning brush; an accommodating box (9) is provided at a left side of an inner cavity of the dust removal box, and a filter mesh set (10) is inserted into an inner cavity of the accommodating box; a ventilation pipe (11) is provided at a left side of a top portion of the dust removal box, a cover plate (12) is inserted at a right side of the top portion of the dust removal box, an electrostatic precipitator (13) is provided at a bottom portion of the cover plate, and omni-directional wheels (15) are symmetrically arranged at left and right sides of a bottom portion of the worktable. The design structure of the cleaning device is reasonable, and the dust cleaning brush and the dust removal box doubly remove dust from a reflective film so as to reduce dust that adheres to the reflective film and improve the usage performance of the reflective film.
