Abstract:
The present invention discloses a cleaning device using wave power and a cleaning method using the same. To this end, the cleaning device of the present invention is for cleaning by pumping and spraying seawater while floating on the surface of seawater, the cleaning device comprising: a cable, of which one end is moored at the seabed; a cable drum part having a tubular body horizontally extended in length, rotating the center of the tubular body as an axis and fixing the other end of the cable such that the cable is wound thereon; a winding part arranged to be connected to one end of the cable drum part so as to be wound or released; a water spray nozzle part for spraying the seawater; a seawater pump part having a suction side extended into the water so as to pump the seawater and supply, to the water spray nozzle part, the pumped seawater by having a discharge side connected to the water spray nozzle part; and a gear part for connecting the other end of the cable drum part to the seawater pump part and having a one-way clutch means so as to selectively rotate according to the rotation of the cable drum part, thereby driving the seawater pump part.
