Abstract:
The invention relates to a cleaning device with automatic loading and unloading structures, and a cleaning method therefor. The cleaning device is composed of a cleaning device body, an up-down conveying structure, a conveying structure, and a protection structure. The protection structure comprises a protective fixing cover, a mounting fixing base that is integrally formed with the protective fixing cover and used for being fitted and fixed to an upper end surface of the cleaning device body, a spraying structure that is in threaded connection with the protective fixing cover and used for spraying the upper end of a workpiece, and an air-drying structure that is positioned opposite to the spraying structure and used for air-drying the upper end surface of the workpiece, which respectively conveys, cleans, and protects the workpiece during cleaning. Also, the conveying, spraying and cleaning of the workpiece is achieved by means of rotating the cleaning structure, thereby improving the overall cleaning comprehensiveness and the conveying flexibility, and solving existing problems of the cleaning device being not high in cleaning flexibility, and not having good enough conveying performance of the workpiece.
