Abstract:
A cleaning device at least has a cleaning tank (12) for containing a cleaning agent
(46) circulated by one, or two or more circulation routes and cleaning a workpiece
(44) by using the cleaning agent (46). The cleaning tank (12) has a liquid cleaning
area (16) for cleaning the workpiece (44) by liquid of the cleaning agent (46),
an overflow tank (38)(liquid outflow area) into which excessive liquid of the
cleaning agent (46) in the liquid cleaning area (16) flows, and a first circulation
route (71) for introducing the liquid into the liquid cleaning area (16) after
it is discharged from any surface in the cleaning tank (12). In the liquid cleaning
area (16) is placed liquid surface flowage means having an inflow member (72)
and a liquid flow guide (81). The inflow member (72) allows the cleaning agent
(46) to flow into the liquid cleaning area (16) via the first circulation route
(71). The liquid flow guide (81) guides the flow of the liquid of the cleaning
agent (46), flowing in from the inflow member (72), to a liquid surface (73) so
that the flow is a liquid flow (74) in parallel with the liquid surface (73) of the
cleaning agent (46) in the liquid cleaning area (16).
