Abstract:
The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a cleaning device that jets a fluid at a cleaning subject to scrape out dust from within the cleaning subject, wherein it is possible to efficiently eliminate the scraped-out dust while maintaining the effect of the fluid jetting. The present invention is provided with: a cleaning head (2) that forms a cleaning space (A) at the surface of the cleaning subject (W) by means of an opening section (2a) being pressed into contact with the cleaning subject (W); a fluid supply means (3) that supplies a fluid to the cleaning head (2); and a suction means (4) that suctions stripped-off contamination together with the fluid in the cleaning space (A), and then separates/captures the result. In the cleaning head (2), an air supply pathway (6c) is formed that guides the fluid towards the opening section (2a), a suction pathway (6b) is formed that interconnects the cleaning space (A) and the suction means (4) and that is provided concomitantly with the air supply pathway (6c) at a distance, and the air supply pathway (6c) and suction pathway (6b) are provided offset in the plane direction of the opening section (2a).
