Abstract:
A cleaning device which is configured of: a first cleaning tank (10) which holds, as a first cleaning fluid (1), water to which an additive has been added in a small amount; a second cleaning tank (20) which holds water, a water-based detergent, an alkaline cleaning fluid, or a hydrophilic organic solvent as a second cleaning fluid (2); a first microbubble generator (11); a first circulation pump (12); an ultrasonic application device (21); and a conveyor (4). An object to be cleaned (3) is exposed inside the first cleaning tank (10) to the first cleaning fluid (1) containing microbubbles and ejected from nozzles (13), thereby removing a hydrophobic oil therefrom. Successively, the object (3) is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning in the second cleaning tank (20) to thereby remove a hydrophilic oil.
