Abstract:
A cleaning device (100) for removing contaminants from a hole of a workpiece. The cleaning device (100) comprises a base (10), a positioning assembly (20) and a cleaning assembly (30), the positioning assembly (20) and the cleaning assembly (30) being arranged on the base (10). The positioning assembly (20) comprises a jig (2) and a lateral pushing mechanism (3), the lateral pushing mechanism (3) being arranged on a lateral side of the jig (2), the lateral pushing mechanism (3) being used to push the workpiece to a limit region (211) of the jig (2), and the jig (2) being used to fix the workpiece in the limit region (211). The cleaning assembly (30) comprises an air discharge mechanism (32) and an air suction mechanism (31), the air discharge mechanism (32) being used to blow clean air into a hole containing contaminants, the clean air blowing out the contaminants to form contaminant-carrying air, and the air suction mechanism (31) being used to suck out the contaminant-carrying air. The cleaning device (100) can efficiently remove the contaminants from the hole of the workpiece, and can also improve the appearance yield of the workpiece.
