Abstract:
In order to trap a gaseous contaminant (odor/chemical substance) and a particulate contaminant (dust, microbial particles, allergenic particles, and so on) and enable the performance of trapping a predetermined contaminant to be regenerated or recovered, provided is a cleaning filter (4) used in an air cleaning device (1), said cleaning filter being provided with a gas trapping member (6) and a particle trapping member (5). The gas trapping member (6) and/or the particle trapping member (5) comprises: a trapping material (7) which traps a predetermined contaminant in the air; and a trapping material holding member (8) which faces an air flow passage (3) so as to ensure air permeability and holds the trapping material (7), the trapping material holding member (8) being subjected to regeneration processing for regenerating the performance of trapping the contaminant by the trapping material (7) while holding the trapping material (7) when detached from a cleaning device body (2), or comprises: the trapping material (7); the trapping material holding member (8); and a trapping material supply device (10) which supplies the trapping material (7) to the trapping material holding member (8) so that the performance of trapping the contaminant by the trapping material (7) is recovered.
