Disclosed is a cleaning machine for a glass substrate. The cleaning machine comprises an air knife (201) and a conveying apparatus (202).The air knife (201) is used for blow-drying of the glass substrate (300). The conveying apparatus (202) comprises a main conveying roller group (221) for carrying and conveying the glass substrate, and further comprises an auxiliary conveying roller group (222). The auxiliary conveying roller group (222) is disposed on a front side of the air knife (201) and located above the main conveying roller group (221). The auxiliary conveying roller group (222) and the main conveying roller group (221) are in up-and-down linkage and clamp the glass substrate (300) to forwards push the glass substrate (300) to the direction of the air knife (201). The cleaning machine can reduce the breakage rate of the glass substrates and further improve the yield and the output of the glass substrates.
