Abstract:
A cleaning and packaging device for plastic particles, related to the technical field of plastic processing, and the problem of adsorbing impurities on the surfaces of plastic particles because an existing device cannot clean the plastic particles is solved. The cleaning and packaging device for plastic particles comprises a horizontal mounting plate (1) and a positioning stand column (2). The positioning stand column (2) is fixedly mounted below the horizontal mounting plate (1). Two horizontal support transverse plates (25) are symmetrically arranged on the positioning stand column (2). Particle accommodating assemblies are mounted on the horizontal support transverse plates (25). A driving mechanism mounting base (3) is fixedly mounted on the horizontal mounting plate (1), and a driving assembly is fixedly mounted on the driving mechanism mounting base (3). According to the cleaning and packaging device for plastic particles, the particle accommodating assemblies are arranged, the sizes of the particle accommodating assemblies are flexible and variable, such that cleaning of the plastic particles is facilitated, and impurities in the plastic particles are conveniently screened out; and a linkage type transmission mode is adopted, such that energy is saved, the efficiency is high, and the plastic particles are fully cleaned by means of a cleaning assembly.
