Abstract:

A cleaning robot (100), comprising: a body (1); a moving device (6) provided on the body (1) and used for driving the cleaning robot (100) to move on the ground and execute a cleaning work; a detection device (3) for detecting a ground feature (44) in front of the cleaning robot (100); a positioning device (5) for acquiring position information of the cleaning robot (100); and a control device electrically connected to the detection device (3) and the positioning device (5), the control device storing or acquiring a map (4) of a working area of the cleaning robot (100), the control device being able to determine the position of the cleaning robot (100) in the map (4) according to position information thereof, and the control device identifying the ground feature (44) according to a detection result of the detection device (3), and controlling, in view of the position of the cleaning robot (100) in the map (4), the cleaning robot (100) to execute a corresponding action. The present invention has beneficial effects of being able to identify the ground feature (44), and execute the corresponding action in view of information of the map (4), and having a high degree of intelligence, a high usage reliability, and a good comprehensive experience for the user.
