Abstract:
The present application relates to a cleaning robot. The robot comprises a robot body, a moving unit, a mopping unit which is provided with a mopping working head, and a control unit. The moving unit is disposed on the robot body and is used to support the robot body and drive the robot to move on a surface of a working area; the mopping unit is disposed on the robot body and is used to perform a preset mopping action; the control unit is used to control the moving unit to automatically drive the robot body to move on the surface of the working area and to control the mopping unit to automatically perform the mopping action; and the mopping working head can move in the width direction of the robot body relative to the robot body. The present application avoids the situation in which a wall or furniture is scratched due to a collision between a rear side of the robot and the wall or furniture while also increasing the coverage of the movable area of the robot to the maximum extent.
