Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cleaning system having high cleaning performance using a bubble-containing liquid. [Solution] The cleaning system 100 according to the present invention has an ultrafine bubble generator 135, a fine bubble generator 143, and a tank 110. The ultrafine bubble generator 135 creates ultrafine bubbles in a cleaning stock solution and generates an ultrafine bubble solution. The fine bubble generator 143 creates fine bubbles in the ultrafine bubble solution and generates a cleaning solution. The cleaning solution is supplied to the tank 110.
