Abstract:

[Problem] To bring a cleaning member fully into contact with the site where an optical signal enters and exits. [Solution] This cleaning tool, for cleaning an optical connector, is provided with an adhesive body that contacts an optical signal region of the optical connector where the optical signal enters and exits, and a base material that holds the adhesive body. On the holding surface of the holding unit that holds the adhesive body, the base material has a protruding section. The protruding section is arranged on the back side of the site where the adhesive body contacts the optical signal region.
