Abstract:
The present invention provides a composition for enhancing active substance delivery, comprising a reaction mediator, an active-substance-capturing ingredient, and an active substance. The composition for enhancing active substance delivery, according to the present invention, allows a large amount of an active substance, which is to be delivered to the hair, skin, fibers and the like, to be delivered without the active substance being readily washed off during washing or rinsing, and thus enables the effect to be maintained for a long time.
