Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a low-viscosity cleansing cosmetic which has excellent stability under a low temperature or high temperature condition even in the form of a nonaqueous cosmetic containing only a trace amount of water or not containing water, and which also has excellent usability such as wash-off properties. The present invention pertains to a cleansing cosmetic characterized by comprising: (A) 70-95 mass% of an oil that is in the form of liquid at normal temperature; (B) at least one selected from polyoxyethylene sorbeth-30 tetraisostearate and polyoxyethylene sorbeth-30 tetraoleate; and (C) a polyoxyethylene glyceryl ether fatty acid ester, wherein a nonpolar hydrocarbon oil accounts for not less than 40 mass% of the component (A), and the blended amount ratio [(C)/(B)] between the component (B) and the component (C) is within a range of 0.20-0.70.
