Disclosed is a clear-coated stainless steel sheet which comprises a stainless steel sheet and a clear coating film formed on one or both surfaces of the stainless steel sheet. The clear coating film comprises a thermosetting resin composition (A) and resin beads (B), the amount of the beads being 0.5-4.0 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the solid components of the thermosetting resin composition (A). The thermosetting resin composition (A) comprises an acrylic resin (A1) and a crosslinking/curing resin (A2) which crosslinks and cures the acrylic resin (A1) and which comprises a blocked-isocyanate resin and an amino resin. The acrylic resin (A1) contains at least one kind of crosslinkable functional groups selected from hydroxy, carboxy, and alkoxysilane groups and has a glass transition temperature of 30-90ºC and a number-average molecular weight of 3,000-50,000.
