Abstract:
Provided is a clear coating composition which, even in the case of high solid content, has a sufficiently low viscosity and gives a coating film having good appearance and high performance. The clear coating composition contains (a) a hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin, (b) a hydroxyl-containing polyester resin, (c) a polyol compound other than the hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin (a) and the hydroxyl-containing polyester resin (b), (d) a polyisocyanate compound, (e) organic dispersed particles, and (f) a cellulose derivative, wherein the polyol compound (c) has a hydroxyl value of more than 200 mgKOH/g and no more than 1000 mgKOH/g and a molecular weight of 100-1000.
