A clear water storage tank with built-in filter comprising: 1.1 a built-in filter located within an aeration tank (6) filled with air by water pressurizing within the raw water pipe. 1.2 a built-in filter located within a sedimentation tank (8) mounted to an aeration tank and a filter tank which is generated by a G force (gravitational force); 1.3 a water pipe system and a water control valve which are installed on the side of the tank in one unit; wherein the side of the tank's upper portion consisting of 2 outlets and the side of the tank's center portion consisting of 2 outlets, wherein one outlet is for connecting a raw water pipe for filtration and another outlet for connecting a water testing pipe for the process of the initial water quality test, and wherein all 4 outlets having a connective pipe and the water flow in each process is controlled by a valve and wherein the side of the tank s bottom portion is adjacent to the tank floor which comprises a water drainage outlet for each portion in order to drain the tank cleaning waste water, the upper filter backwashing water, the center filter backwashing water, the upper filter backwashing water, and the overflow water from the storage tank; and wherein, in combination of 5 outlets, all the front valves are integrated in order to combine all the water management system in to one unit. |

Summary of the invention
The clear water storage tank with built-in filter wherein the tank having a cylindrical shape wherein the top of the tank having a cover and a filter installed at the center of the tank alongside the height of the tank top cover down to the bottom of the tank, on the side of the top portion of the tank consisting of 2 outlets which have a connecting pipe which have a water gate that could be opened or closed wherein one outlet is for connecting a clear water pipe on the upper portion of filter. The side of the bottom portion of the tank consisting of 2 outlets: one outlet for connecting a water pipe for water to flow into the tank and the other outlet locating in the bottom portion of the tank is for connecting drain water pipe.
The objective of this invention is to have a clear water storage tank with a built-in filter that combines all the processes and all the control valves of the water supply system into an all in one system which will reduce the space, process, time, heavy equipment and machinery, accident risk from construction work for water supply project, working force to handle and maintain the whole water supply system.
Background of the invention
Generally, the previous system concerning drinking water quality improvement and the water supply for the local government administration in accordance with the government sector strategy requires excessive space, complex construction, countless workforce, a specialist in this field work, as well as, heavy machinery and equipment and a construction project manager who is highly experienced in the field of water supplying. However, the water quality is still low and, most importantly, the construction of the complete water supply system is very time consuming, the system maintenance is also complicated and requires a specialist in this field, funding, heavy machinery and equipment comparable to a construction system. Detailed description of the invention
When the raw water pump draws the water from the raw water inlet pipe ( 1 ) water flow through the pipe (5) connects to the aeration tank (9) located within the top portion of the built- in filter which is installed alongside the height of the clear water tank at the center of the tank, whereas the water flowing into the aeration tank, in a twist or spiral arrangement, from the top of the filter down to the bottom of the filter causing a turbulence or disorder in the aeration tank and flow in to the sedimentation tank wherein the sediment caused by the suspended solids in one part the water will form up until it weighs more than water. Then, it will fall into the bottom floor of the said sediment tank. The water then flows through the upper portion of the sedimentation tank out to the filtration tank wherein the two tanks are interconnected and having a layer in order to fill pebble wash, sand wash in various sizes and other filter substances ( 10) for the purpose of catching the light weight suspended solids that flow along with the water, the water which flow pass the pebble wash, sand wash and other filter substances layers will be cleared and will flow into the upper portion filter having a form of a round plate (6) with an edge to hold water, located on the top of the clear water storage tank for, when the water having remaining gas or odour flow in to the plate, it will be released, making the water odourless before the clear water flows through the pipe locating at the side of the tank gate into the clear water storage tank (8) which comprising a water control valve unit in order to manage the water flow in each process of the system according to figure 1. The clear water storage tank with built- in filter could produce clear water by having the water pipes and the valve system in one unit.
