Abstract:
The present invention relates to a clearance reinforcement apparatus and reinforcement method after load box self-balance testing, belonging to the technical field of foundation piles. The clearance gap reinforcement apparatus after the load box self-balance testing comprises a load box apparatus, an upper displacement tube, a lower displacement tube, and a grouting annular loop pipe; the load box apparatus comprises a grouting load box, a grouting one-way valve and a hydraulic pipe; the grouting annular loop pipe is fixed at the center of the upper plate of the grouting load box by means of indirect welding; the center line of the grouting annular loop pipe is coaxial with the center of the grouting load box, and the diameter is the same as the hole in the grouting load box; the two ends of the grouting annular loop pipe are respectively connected to the lower displacement pipes arranged symmetrically on the two sides of the grouting load box to form an annular passageway; the grouting one-way valve and the hydraulic pipe are installed symmetrically on the two sides of the grouting annular loop pipe.
