Abstract:
Provided are a client device management method and system, an automatic configuration server, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: when it is determined, according to management parameters pre-stored in a database, that the communication between a client terminal device and the Internet needs to pass through a network address conversion device, a reverse connection request will be forwarded to the client terminal device by means of a relay server pre-configured for the client terminal device, so that the client terminal device initiates the connection request thereto according to a reverse request mechanism and then establishes communication, thereby realizing remote management of the client terminal device.
