Abstract:
A climate controller for controlling both temperature and humidity comprises: an ultrasonic transducer (10) placed in a water container (9), a heater (11), a compressor (4), a condenser (5), a capillary tube (3), an evaporator (6), a control system (7), an inverter (8), a temperature sensor (17), and a humidity sensor (18). The climate controller can be operated in full control mode or standby mode. The full control mode is employed to control both the temperature and humidity in case the room is occupied. The standby mode is employed to only control the relative humidity in case no body in the room and the temperature is governed by the environment. The climate controller can control both the temperature and humidity constant and precise to eliminate dust mites and microbes in the air.

Claims:
Claim 1. Climate controller can control both the temperature and humidity precisely.

It includes ultrasonic transducer 10 serves as a mist maker to add humidity. The heater 1 1 is operated to reduce moisture in the warm air. To control the temperature to use Compressor 4 serves to compress the refrigerant to the pressure. The refrigerant is reduced the temperature at condenser 5 to change the state of the refrigerant gas to a liquid by wind flow from the motor fan 1. The capillary tube will act as a pressure reducer to the refrigerant changes state to gas to heat the air flowing through the EP website operator 6 by the wind from the fan motor2. The control system 7 is controlled by a microprocessor controller and use of sensors for measuring temperature 17 and humidity 18 system. The operation is divided into two conditions, the full control mode and standby mode controlled by switch 20. The full control mode is employed to control both the humidity and temperature in cases where the room is occupied. The standby mode will only control the relative humidity; the temperature is governed by the environment in case nobody in the room. If the damage of the inverter 8 system is take place, the system still works with fixed speed compressor 4 using a capacitor 15a s an aid in the operation of the magnetic contractor 13 which is connected to the electric power directly from the power grid 19.

The problem of patients with allergy, 80 percent are allergic to house dust mite droppings. The medical information with the patients around the world (2014), are

approximately 300 million people. The cost of medical expenses each year several billion dollars. In medical healthcare, it will treat the symptoms and try and eliminate the source of allergens from house dust mites, especially in the bedroom that is the habitat of mites. However, it is difficult to eliminate, because house dust mites can live anywhere and that the removal was difficult because dust mites live in mattresses, pillows and on. In addition, house dust mites can breed very quickly, if there is high humidity and warm weather.

Science-related inventions.

Using air purifiers cannot control the amount of house dust mites, because house dust mites are not floating in the air, but sticks on the couch, in bed pillows, curtains, etc.

For micro-organisms in the air that can cause infections, including infections that can be transmitted from person to person via the respiratory tract. In the air is infectious various microbial contaminants including bacteria, fungi, viruses. Respiratory is a major public health problem, a disease rates are expected to increase when they enter the lungs and causes harm not only that right time but wait until the body is weakened.

A fungal infection found in nature can be found both indoors and outdoors. An important function is to break out of the mold of waste such as leaves, tree or garbage. Mold toxin can effect on health.

Dust mites 80% by weight are water. Dust mites need water to sustain life and reproduction. Dust mites absorb water from the air by a gland located above the rear legs of the two, but if relative humidity is below 50%, dust mites cannot breed and eventually die.

In addition, the relative humidity between 40% RH to 60% RH, fungal pathogens, bacteria and viruses cannot live. With this new offering, the climate controller machine can control the humidity in the range of

+/- 2% RH from the set and the temperature in the range of +/- 0.2 degrees Celsius. The operation is separated in two modes. The mode 1 (Full Control Mode) will control both the humidity and temperature and in a mode 2 (Standby Mode) will control only the humidity and the temperature will be based on the environmental conditions.

Many studies have suggested that if we can control the humidity in the range of 50-60%

RH to reduce the growth and spread of bacteria, viruses, fungi and dust mites.

From another problem, when the air conditioning controlled by the inverter is damaged, then the inverter air conditioner will not be able to continue working and has to wait for a technician came to it. If it happens late at night on one can sleep because the room is warm up.

As part of the climate controller system, the air conditioning system is in operation to reduce the temperature of the room. If the problem is damage to the inverter components, the air conditioners will not be able to continue working.

Therefore, this patent presents a hybrid system. The climate controller machine can make the system can continue to function by modifying the operation of the inverter system. It is controlled by a fixed speed operation of the compressor, which has never before achieved.

The main objective is to eliminate of dust mites and microbes in the air.

Secondary objective is to increase the reliability of the climate controller system to work in controlled conditions, a variable speed of the compressor and a fix speed compressor.

Figure 1 shows a schematic of the components of the climate controller machine that controls the temperature and humidity precisely and continuously with the hybrid system.

Disclosure of Invention

From the first part of the system consists of air-conditioning system, which consists of 4 main parts: the compressor 4 acts to compress the refrigerant and is reduced the temperature of the refrigerant in the condenser 5 to change the status of the refrigerant gas to a liquid by the air flow from the fan motor 1. The capillary tube 3 will act as a pressure reducer to the refrigerant changes state to gas to absorb heat from air flowing through the evaporator 6 by the air flow from the fan motor 2. The control system 7 is operated by a microprocessor and use of sensors for measuring the room temperature 17 and the room relative humidity 18. The output is a command to control the variable speed compressor 4.

The relationship between the temperature and the relative humidity are controlled by a single-phase inverter type 8. The heater 1 1 and ultrasonic transducer 10 will work to decrease and increase the humidity. The humidity will be read by the system controller 7 with the relative humidity sensor 18; the reading has to be compared with the value set if the humidity is less than the set value. The control system will order the ultrasonic transducer 10 which placed in a water container 9 with water level sensor 16 to maintain a constant water level. The mist from the water container 9 emits by the wind from the fan motor 14. The inverter 8 commands to decrease the speed of compressor 4 until the measured value is equal to the preset value, then ultrasonic transducer 10 will stop working, and inverter 8 will return to normal mode.

Whereas, if the relative humidity measured is higher than the preset the controller 7 orders to turn on the heater 1 1 , which sends warm air out. The inverter 8 will be ordered to run at maximum speeds of the compressor 4 for the condensation of water vapor in the air is highest. If it is equal to the value set, the heater 1 1 is stopped and the inverter 8 will return to normal mode.

The inverter 8 is directed to regulate the compressor's speed faster or slower depending on the room temperature measured by a temperature sensor 17. The measured values are compared to the preset value if there is a difference as a positive means; the measure is greater than a preset value. The inverter will increase the speed of the compressor increases.

If the difference is negative, it means the measured value is less than the set value. The inverter 8 will reduce the speed of the compressor 4, and the compressor is running at constant speed when the measured value is compared with a preset value, with the difference in range. The system is divided into two states: full control mode and standby mode controlled by switch 20. In full control mode, it is to control the humidity and temperature in an occupied room with people and the standby mode is the only humidity control just one, and the temperature will be based on the environmental conditions.

If damage of the inverter 8 takes place, the system will not be able to control both temperature and humidity. This patent system is designed to offer this new inverter 8 to be a type of single-phase inverter and a single-phase compressor capacitor type motor 4, which commonly used in a conventional fix speed air conditioner. The system detects damage of the inverter 8, if there's a malfunction, the system will work fine with fix speed compressor provides a constant speed by using capacitors 15. This is a wizard in the operation of the magnetic contractor 13 which is connected to the electric power directly from the electrical power grid 19's.
