Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of terminals. Provided are a climbing state identification method and apparatus. The method comprises: on the basis of acceleration data, determining whether a first terminal device is in a first state, wherein the first state is used for indicating that: when the first terminal device is in the first state, the first terminal device is located at different altitudes at at least two moments; and when the first terminal device is not in the first state, determining, on the basis of first air pressure data obtained at a first moment and second air pressure data obtained at a second moment, that the first terminal device is in a walking climbing state, wherein the first terminal device in the walking climbing state is located at different altitudes at the first moment and the second moment. In this way, the first terminal device can detect a first state, thereby preventing the first state from affecting the identification of the walking climbing state, and thus improving the accuracy of the climbing state identification method.
