Abstract:

A clip (10) for a fuel injection valve is formed by bending a single wire rod at multiple locations, and is equipped with: contact parts (14) that make contact with a contact surface (64) formed on a fuel injection valve; pressed parts (16) that are pressed downward by a pressing surface (86) formed on a fuel supply pipe; spring parts (15) that are formed between one end of the contact parts (14) and the pressed parts (16) and that, when elastically deformed by the downward load incurred by the pressed parts (16), transmit the downward load to the contact parts; and rotation prevention parts (11) that extend upward from the ends of the contact parts (14) on the side opposite the spring parts (15), and engage a rotation prevention engagement part of the fuel supply pipe. The spring parts (15) and the pressed parts (16) are connected to the ends of the contact parts (14) on the side opposite the ends to which the rotation prevention parts (11) are connected, so when the pressed parts (16) are pressed, the stress therefrom is not easily transmitted to the rotation prevention parts (11).
