Provided are: a clip for a module, the clip being capable of affixing a module panel to a body-side panel with a fixed spacing maintained therebetween and being capable of binding electrical wires; and a wire harness. A clip for a module is configured to comprise: a clamp head section (32), one side of the clamp head section (32) having a binding member (31) for binding a group (60) of electrical wires, the other side of the clamp head section (32) closing a first mounting hole (40a) from the front face (A) side, the first mounting hole (40a) being formed in a module panel (40); a body section (33) which extends through the first mounting hole (40a), is supported by the clamp head section (32), and is inserted into a second mounting hole (50a) formed in a body-side panel (50); a first engagement catch section (35a) formed integrally with the body section (33) and engaging with the module panel (40) from the back face (B) side; a second engagement catch section (36a) formed integrally with the body section (33) and engaging with the body-side panel (50) from the back face (B) side; and a closing plate section (34) for closing the second mounting hole (50a) from the front face (A) side.
