The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a clock counter, a clock counting method and a storage apparatus. The clock counter comprises a clock frequency division module, a plurality of counting modules and an accumulation module, wherein the clock frequency division module is used for receiving a clock signal, and is configured to perform frequency division on the clock signal, so as to output a plurality of frequency-divided clock signals, and the sum of the number of pulses of the plurality of frequency-divided clock signals is equal to the number of pulses of the clock signal; the plurality of counting modules are connected to the clock frequency division module, and each counting module is configured to count the pulses of each frequency-divided clock signal and generate an initial count value; and the accumulation module is connected to the plurality of counting modules, and is configured to accumulate the initial count values of the plurality of counting modules to generate a target count value. By means of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the carry operation delay of a high-frequency clock counter can be effectively reduced, and a situation in which a counting error is caused by the carry operation delay of the counter exceeding a counting clock period is avoided, thereby improving the operation frequency of the clock counter.
