Abstract:
It is intended to provide a cloning vector whereby the presence&sol absence of the transfer of a DNA sequence insert can be efficiently determined. Namely, a cloning vector having, in the direction from 5’−end toward the 3’−end, a cloning site having at least one restriction enzyme cited, a ribosome−binding sequence, and a gene for selecting a host.
