Abstract:
A close combined dry coal-sorting device comprises a frame (18), a surge bin (21), a
vibrating feeder (20),a sorting device (19),an overhanging device (3),a discharging device
(2) and an air supplying and dedusting device. The air supplying and dedusting device
comprises a centrifugal fan (14), a dust hood (22), a dust collector, a dust blower
fan (8) and air chambers (12). The sorting device (19), the dust hood (22) and the
discharging device (2) are closed by an integrative sealing equipment. The centrifugal
fan (14) is connected with the air chambers (12) by pipelines. The outlet of the
dust collector is connected with the inlet of the dust blower fan (8). The coal-sorting
device according to the invention can remove dust completely and can decrease
the noises, too.
