9. According to claim 1, on the way of water return to the tank, some turbines are installed to generate electricity. As a result, the required electricity for water circulation will be provided.

10. According to claim 2, a tank which is divided into two sections of hot and cold water is installed at the beginning of water inlet.

Description:
CLOSED-CIRCUIT HOT WATER PIPING SYSTEM CAPABLE TO REDUCE WATER

CONSUMPTION AT A LOW COST

Description

Technical Field of Invention:

The technical field of this invention concerns piping and installations in the buildings.

Technical Problems:

In some of the countries around the world, a vast majority of people consume almost 120 liters of water while taking a shower. One of the primary reasons for the high consumption of water is the initial adjustment of water temperature for bathing. The second reason is not cutting off the water flow while washing the body since one prefers not to renew the process of temperature adjustment. As a result, the water keeps flowing from the beginning up to the end of the process of bath taking.

Description of the Related Art:

There are many well-developed systems to regulate outlet water temperature both in bathroom and restroom. However, the possibility of their installation is low due to their high cost. Since the highest amount of wasteful water consumption belongs to the developing countries, these complex and costly systems cannot be applied in these countries.

Summary of the Invention:

A suitable alternative for the existing system is closed-circuit hot water system. The water pipes are such designed that an extra pipe is connected to the tank from which the water comes out. In so doing, the water that was already pumped into the sewage by the consumer returns to the tank as well as the bath taker after generating power and being purified.

As a result of this rotation, the water gets warm by the heating system and it is accumulated in the pipe. When the bath taker turns on the water faucet, he/she receives the water with the desired temperature. Therefore, she/he does not need to wait or waste the water in order to reach the favorable temperature. Moreover, if water flow is not needed for a short while, he/she can cut it off and restart it with the same temperature.

A temperature control which is used to adjust the temperature is installed next to the tap. The water starts to rotate in the circuit and reach the favorable temperature after the user regulates and presses the start key. The thermometer which is inserted in this system makes the user aware of the water preparation to be consumed.

Brief Description of the Drawings:

FIG. 1 : Outside the entrance door

FIG. 2: Electric keyed faucet and hot and cold water electric key

FIG. 3: Turbine-including water pipe

FIG. 4: The tank

FIG. 5: The piping system

Detailed Description of the Drawings:

In this system, choosing water temperature can be done digitally. We can install all of the keys of this system outside the entrance door of bathroom or restroom. (FIG. 1)

Electric keyed faucet (FIG.2), this faucet includes a digital thermometer (1) and a regulated outlet water key for the consumer (2).

Hot and cold water electric key, when the hot water electric key is pressed (3), hot water pump starts functioning and simultaneously the red lamp of all consumption points turns on (4). It means if a consumer is in the bathroom and he has turned on the hot water pump, then he does not need to activate the other pump keys on the hot water outlets and this is indicated by the red light signal.

Turbine-including water pipe (FIG. 3), this pipe returns the water being hot to the tank. On the way back, some turbines (5) which generate electricity are installed. The available wires guide the generated power to the electricity modulator machine so that it could convert the power into the higher voltages. Some part of required electricity is provided in this manner.

500 to 1000 liters (FIG. 4), this tank is used for hot water. Here, the tank is divided into two sections of cold (6) and hot (7) water. The cold water section which occupies one third of the tank forms the inlet for central water like rain or city water.

Hot and cold water open their way to the water pipes (8) through the noiseless water pumps which are inserted inside the water. All of the water pipes in this piping system are empty of water when the water is not consumed which makes the water pipes and faucets durable and long lasting.

Water regulating keys: in order to adjust and turn on the pipes (FIG. 5), one of these regulating keys is for the hot water (9) and the other is for the cold water (10) and one is installed on the thermometer -owning tap. There are four keys, the first of which is used to adjust the water temperature and the entrance of water into the digital thermometer after turning on and entering the water pipe. The second key is placed on the faucet which can be changed from 1 to 4 after the considered temperature is seen on the thermometer. If it is adjusted on 1 and 2, three and two quarters of water will be saved, respectively.

It is of great significance to point that in this system not only the water pressure is estimated precisely and delivered to the consumer but the temperature reduction or rise is calculated degree by degree and meticulously and the wasteful consumption of water is completely avoided.

The Advantages of Invention:

• Saving water consumption

• Saving gas consumption or other sources of energy for heating water

• Increasing piping system lifespan

• Low cost of executing piping system

• Easy maintenance

• Consuming water with the same temperature

• Avoiding noise pollution

• Preventing water leaking through the pipes

• Using water at a stable pressure and without fluctuation

The possibility of operating this system digitally:

One can choose the favorable outlet water temperature before entering the place of consumption like bathroom, and the thermostat which is inside the electric key will not allow the water to come out of the pipe unless it reaches the desired temperature. By doing so, water can be transferred to all of the pipes by one key for each pump and you can regulate water temperature by hot and cold water adjustment keys.

Explaining at least one administrative method for applying the invention:

When the consumer goes into the bathroom, he/she causes the water to flow into the empty pipes by turning on the electric taps, and then the water crosses the digital thermostat, shows the temperature to the user and the water enters the tank through the outlet pipe again. The water never pours out or into the sewage before it reaches the desired temperature. If you turn off the tap while taking a bath, the water flow will not stop behind the outlet and the water will be circulating with the same temperature and it can be used whenever the user wishes.

Furthermore, while the water is returning to the tank, we can supply vast amount of energy required for water circulation by installing a small mold power turbine. Consequently, the electricity consumption will decrease dramatically.
