Abstract:
An electromotive element (104) is an outer rotor motor provided with a stator (150) and a rotor (152) which is disposed coaxially with the stator (150) so as to surround the outer periphery of the stator (150). A steel cylinder (166) is affixed to a shaft (126) of the electromotive element by shrink-fit, press-fit, bonding, or the like, and the rotor (152) is fixed to the steel cylinder (166) by welding. The abovementioned configuration enables the rotor (152) to be firmly affixed to the shaft (126) through the steel cylinder (166), enabling the provision of a highly durable enclosed compressor and a refrigerant device which uses the enclosed compressor.
