Abstract:
A suction port (40) of a cylinder (23) is connected to a suction tube (42), and discharge ports (56, 57) are opened in a closed container (10) to lead a discharge gas to the outside through a discharge tube (14). A suction pressure chamber (50) surrounded by an O-ring (47) is formed at a position between a portion on the outer surface of a cylinder (23), on the opposite side of the suction port (40), and a head surface of a second block member (46) fixed to the closed container (10). A communication path (51) extending from the suction port (40) to the suction chamber (50) is formed in the cylinder (23), a sucked gas in the suction port (40) is led to the suction chamber (50), and a suction gas pressure in the suction port (40) is caused to act on the outer surface of the cylinder (23).
