Abstract:
A closed concrete pumping mechanism having no receiving hopper, comprising an input tube (1), an output tube (4), two sets of plunger pumps (5) and a dispensing valve. The dispensing valve comprises a fixed block (2) and a movable block (3), and the dispensing valve has a first pump port connection end, a second pump port connection end, a first input end, a second input end and an output end. When the dispensing valve is in a first position, a first feeding/discharging passage is in communication with a first feeding passage, and a second feeding/discharging passage is in communication with a first discharging passage. When the dispensing valve is in a second position, the first feeding/discharging passage is in communication with the first discharging passage, and the second feeding/discharging passage is in communication with a second feeding passage. The concrete pumping mechanism having no receiving hopper improves the effect of heat preservation and moisturizing and avoids material leakage and spillage, the feeding is timely and accurate, and the cleaning is easy.
